Tyre Asset Tracking:
Each tyre is Assigned an Unique Identification Number (UIN) at the time of Issuance to a vehicle, Life cycle of this individual tyre is tracked on a particular position, throughout its life. Whenever a tyre is removed from one position and put on another position or sent for rethreading the life on that position will be monitored till it reaches scrap yard.
Tyre Inspection:
Its is critical to know that inflating your tyre correctly will increase your fuel average upto 3-4%! Thus we can assign an inspection of vehicle tyres to monitor if tyres are properly inflated. Inspections pop up automatically to assigned person on due dates or on availability of vehicle. Tyre Wear Indicator readings can be entered fortnightly to monitor the proper wear of tyres. An Early detection of uneven wear or excess wear can lead help us fix problems related to Tyre alignment or detect any suspension related problems.
Tyre Cost per Kilometer (CpK):
Cost per km of tyre of different make and different thread patterns can be calculated and evaluated.
