Failure Mode Effect Analysis

FMEA is been used in airline industry and military since the 1950’s and is been credited to put man on the moon by NASA, It is a structured approach to discover potential failures that might occur and to put in place necessary inspections and Condition monitoring to predict its failure. This both increases the profits as parts are not changed as a preventative measure but are changed based on its condition, and decrease in downtime for parts replacement. In Fleetain we do FMEA analysis of both Parts Failure and Service Process Failure so rework is avoided at the workshop
